Call us within that time if you are not satisfied and return authorization will be given. All returns must be insured and shipped at your expense. We will refund the selling price of the instrument as soon as we receive it in the same condition as it was sent to you. Refunds may be subject to a restocking charge based on the condition of the returned merchandise. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for all loss or damage in shipping.
